CREATIVE PROCESS:

- Alex, I need a video for the fashion show. Would you like to direct it?

This is the beginning of a project that would flourish the best of us, our essence. It needed to talk about the Valen’s story, the author of the handbags made from the 3D printed textile in Balab factory. Her origin, Venezuela and the net of the “Cantabrico”, had to dissolve with the tech and “flamenco” that compose the sewing of her complements. The great luck of having Darío, from Caracas, in the project-team, made the soundtrack bring the cultural feeling. His precious hearing, experience, and sense of humor, brought us the gorgeous sound structure that surrounds the “quitiplá”, “txalaparta”, “palms”, and tech.

Our laughs, ideas, attempts to finish the project. Many were the elements that compounded what the “Palacio Miramar” would show in its corridors on the November 28th of 2020.
